The spacious accommodation caters easily for 8 + baby, has night storage and electric heaters, wooden flooring and carpeting throughout, comprising: entrance into reception hall with open tread staircase to first floor and glazed double doors into the dual aspect lounge having freeview TV/DVD, Free Wi-Fi, wood burning stove (stainless steel flue travels up through to bedroom above) and double patio doors leading to the garden.
Ground floor bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a king size bed. A Ground floor wetroom, with under floor heating, has a level access shower, washbasin and WC. There are grab rails next to the toilet and in the shower area. There is also a shower chair which can be provided on request.
Fully fitted breakfast kitchen with large table & chairs, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, with door leading to utility room housing fridgefreezer, washing machine, dryer and sink with door leading to outside.
The first floor landing has a large sitting area/play area with TV/DVD. Master bedroom has a king size bed and door to a balcony with seating area and pleasant peaceful views over the garden. Bedroom 3 has bunk beds and bedroom 4 has twin beds.
Upstairs there is a shower room with power shower, WC and wash basin.
Outside there is a varity of garden furniture, hammock and a barbeque and we have a children's play area.
